[PROPERTY] Cheras South Kajang

I want to buy this property.. But not much information from the agent.. yet the introduction is so convincing.. The agent said that the developer is Cheras Hong Soon.. I had done some research on this project by googling and asking the developer site... Still, not much info.. The developer admit this is their project to be launched soon.. So, i guess, what make the price is so cheap?? because it is a pre-launch sale...

Anyone!! pls help if you have more info on this..

    Hi, i also loooking forward to this project. Btw the developer is MKH berhad (metro kajang holdings bhd). I also wonder why the price is so cheap.

    Hi.. the developer is cheras hong soon not mkh.. this project still not launch till today.. it is so fishy n not worth to wait.. so i already bought mkh project at bandar tech kajang..
